Refund / Renewal Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your subscription you will be given a full refund of the monthly service fees paid excluding any setup fees, registration or transfer fees, or other charges related to set up or utilization of the service.

Set up fees are refundable only in the event that the account order is cancelled prior to activation.

Requests for cancellation of services and refund must be submitted in writing via either US Postal Service, fax or E-mail from the address you signed up with (phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation) and it must be received by ebiblecommentary.com prior to the close of business on or before the 30^th day of service, and your account must be paid in full.  No refunds are available after the 30^th day.

All subscriptions are automatically renewed for another term unless the subscriber has given written notice of cancellation at least two weeks in advance of the renewal/anniversary date.  If no correct notice of cancellation is given, all subscriptions will automatically be renewed for another term under the same conditions.  ebiblecommentary.com reserves the right to cancel any subscription for any reason.  In the event ebiblecommentary.com elects to cancel a subscription without cause, subscriber shall receive a full refund of a prorated balance (total subscription price divided by the number of days in the subscription period, times the days remaining to the end of the subscription period from the date of cancellation).  However, if subscriber elects to cancel the subscription without cause, no refund will be given.

Cancellations of continued subscriptions in place longer than 3 months will be entitled to one-half of the subscription amount less any set up fees if ebiblecommentary.com is notified prior to the first day of the second half of the contract term.  For example, on a 6 month subscription ebiblecommentary.com must receive the notice of cancellation prior to the first day of the fourth month of the contract.  No refunds will be given once the second half of the contract term has begun.

All cancellations must take place during ebiblecommentary.com business hours as posted.  No cancellation may be completed via telephone.  Refund payments take approximately 6 weeks to be processed and are made in the form of a check or a credit back to the credit card used to purchase the subscription.  The effective cancellation date is the day on which the student formally notifies ebiblecommentary.com of his/her desire to cancel.  Nonuse of the site does not constitute cancellation.

There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy.
